We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions
GENERAL INFORMATION
Anima Guzga has a 15-day return policy: you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund.
Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be submitted within 15 days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.).
Return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
To accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories. Ensure all products are exactly as you received them, with the tag and seal still attached.
Please attach or write the reason of return together with your Order Number on the email.
Drop your package at your nearest shipping currier to the next address: Carrer de les Carolines 23, 08012, Barcelona, Spain. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 10 days or you can exchange the package for other pieces. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend returning items through traceable mail. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Anima Guzga. Anima Guzga will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
RETURN CONDITIONS & EXCEPTIONS
Signs of wear. The item will not be accepted if tags have been removed, altered or if the item shows sign of wear.
Final Sale & Samples. Item/s marked as "Final Sale" and “Sample” cannot be returned.
Promotional Items. Full priced items purchased during a sale or using an applied or automatic discount code (eg. Black Friday/Boxing Day) can be returned for a Store Credit only.
Bundles. All items purchased as a bundle must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
WRONG ITEM
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care team at info@animaguzga.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
